Terms and Conditions

Last updated: (7/23/2019)

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.artofronin.com website.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the services provided by Art of Ronin (www.artofronin.com) you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service or products provided.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Art of Ronin (www.artofronin.com), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your name, billing address, contact phone number, and or email address. This is for purposes of payment and shipment only. We do not store information and do not share private data to third parties.

Shipping

Art of Ronin quotes shipping at three weeks to allow time for the studio to preform the job of printing and shipment processing. This can cause a slight delay, in which it's quoted three weeks, however it will more than likely arrive for domestic customers within 1 weeks time. International shipping time frames may very.

Prints Returned Due to Failure to Deliver

Art of Ronin is not responsible for this instance of failure: address is incorrect, no one is available to receive, etc. When you order a print, make sure the address is correct and that someone will be available to receive it. If a print is sent back to us, we retain all rights to utilize the customer's original payment to pay for the shipment cost.

Weather

Note, if the shipment is left out in the sun or weather, this can dramatically (and catastrophically) effect the watercolor (high grade) prints. Please make the necessary arrangements, should you be in an unfavorable weather situation, to properly receive and store your print package.

'LG' (Low Grade)

The term low grade does not mean the print is somehow inferior, but rather it is identical in every way to the high-grade watercolor prints. The only difference is the paper. The paper used for the LG prints is similar to what you'd find a regular poster print to be, not the ultra high quality watercolor paper that is 100% cotton.

Other Sizes

We do print other sizes, all you have to do is inquire for cost.

Prints

If you make a purchase of any product listed on the Art of Ronin (www.artofronin.com) page, you are agreeing that you are aware of these terms that govern each product, such as the refund policy, and with regard to shipment and turnaround. Most, if not all prints, come with a 2-inch bleed to ensure the image size is exactly 18x24 inches, or 24x36 inches. Art of Ronin is not responsible for trimming the excess 2-inches of bleed (border).

Alternate Versions of the same print

When there is another or additional version available of a print, meaning a color variation within the same singular item, the customer is responsible for notifying Art of Ronin of the print they specifically want (for example, blue or red). If nothing is given at the time of sale, Art of Ronin will default to the base version and follow through the printing and shipping of the order. No refunds will be accepted for unwanted versions if the mandatory text acknowledgement of version type is not present as required by Art of Ronin to ensure customer satisfaction.

Refunds

There are no refunds for services rendered. Being that we are an art dealer and print shop, be advised that should an item be lost or delivered and never received—Art of Ronin (www.artofronin.com) is not responsible. We maintain records of sale, invoice, shipment, tracking, and confirmation of delivery, which we can provide upon request.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
